Side runners and front/rear cross runners are 75x50x4mm, with additional 75x50x2mm cross runners supporting the floor. For load stability and strength, the floor is constructed from 3mm checker plate. On the back and sides are 310mm high ribbed panels, with a rear tailgate for loading. The tailgate is secured with a lynch pin and bullet system, and the sides and tailgate all feature a 20nb pipe, which is tagged for easy securing.
Accommodating the 4500kg ATM are 16 inch Sunrasia wheels. All new trailers come fitted with new 225R16 tyres. The axles used are 60 Round 3T, and the wheels are provided with stopping power from heavy duty 12" electric brakes on both axles. An LED lighting system keeps the trailer visible on the road, and is connected to the towing vehicle with an integrated electronic coupling system.
